Final Day

How has God move in your life throughout this period? How has God used you to help others?

I look forward to hearing from you all.

Day 28- Prayer of Thanksgiving

Yesterday was a rather challenging day from having little energy to being stretched beyond the norm. As a result, my reactions to matters were ungodly and not noteworthy of repeating in the future. The feeling of shame came but I remembered that God has already forgiven me. So I have another reason to show God why I am so thankful for who He is and what He has done in my life. This period of fasting and praying has shown me a lot about myself. I pray that it has done the same for you.

HELP.........

Ok I found a website that may be useful for some. Try the Penne Pasta dish and add a splash of lemon.

Day 26- Prayer of Adoration

Imagine jumping into a relationship with someone new and you know very little about them. Suppose they have similar likings as you but that has been overlooked by your impatience in assessing their character.

The same is so in a rushed relationship with God where one looks beyond adoring who He is and only asks for things from Him. What if you looked at Him intensely, contemplated over both who He is and what He has done, and saw that what you would like to ask for from Him is already available for you?

Wow....

Day 25- Spiritual Insight

I never knew that I could have so many conversations with God in one day. Before this point, we talked in the morning, during meal times, and at night. Now things are drastically different. We are having better discussions and I'm doing more listening than talking. As a result, He is showing me His paths and teaching me His ways. This is really new to me.

Days 22-23: Prayer For World Affairs, Family & Ministry

I realized that The Daniel Fast is quite unfamiliar for my body with the absence of meat in my daily diet. To my surprise, I have contemplated becoming a vegetarian but that thought quickly subsided. All the while, my focus was shifted from prayer to the menu. So I ask that for those whose focus may have shifted from prayer to their menu that you take this weekend to refocus on becoming more intimate with God, praying for others, and praying for yourself.

Let's pray with an expectancy of seeing God move in a manner never seen by our eyes.
